1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kijorn ("Kijorn," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@kijorn.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout and your selected billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account or billing portal. Taxes may apply based on your location. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent renewal periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent access controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute outputs in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Use the Services to stalk, threaten, or harm individuals, or to violate privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Services except where permitted by law.

We may investigate misuse and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Intelligence Briefs

Intelligence Briefs and related outputs are provided for informational and operational awareness purposes only. Kijorn does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before relying on any output for decisions with legal or regulatory consequences. Briefs may be incomplete or outdated; you are responsible for independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, documentation, and aggregated content (excluding third-party materials), are owned by Kijorn or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

7. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process data as described there.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kijorn and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
